Hugo Martin de Faure is an MPhil in Public Policy student at the Bennett School of Public Policy, Cambridge, focused on technology policy, state capacity, and frontier innovation governance. He is a graduate of INSEAD and EHL.
He previously worked at Google DeepMind, supporting portfolio-level research operations and leadership decision-making across a large frontier-AI research programme. He has also served in government roles in France, producing fiscal analysis and briefing materials to support ministerial decision-making and parliamentary scrutiny.
