By foot

The Bennett School is in the centre of Cambridge. You can access the Mond Building via:

By car

There is no visitor parking on the New Museums Site. The nearest car park is the multi storey Grand Arcade car park, the entrance is on Corn Exchange Street. Cambridge City Centre is served by several Park and Ride sites, all of which have large car parks.

By rail

Cambridge is less than an hour away from London by train with frequent departures from King’s Cross and Liverpool Street stations. Timetable information is available from National Rail. Taxis are available for hire at Cambridge Railway Station. The Bennett School is a 26-minute or 1.92km walk from Cambridge train station.

By bus

The Bennett School is a seven-minute or 600 metre walk from the main bus station at Drummer Street. View bus timetables.

By coach

The central drop-off point for bus services is at the Cambridge City bus station on Drummer Street or Parkside. Information and timetables can be found at National Express.

By bicycle

The Bennett School can easily be reached by bicycle. There are bicycle parking bays down the side of the Mond Building and elsewhere on the New Museums Site.

By air

Cambridge Coach Services run an hourly bus service to and from Stansted, Luton, Heathrow and Gatwick airports (telephone +44 (0)1223 423900). Railway service is also available from Stansted (for more information see National Rail Enquiries or from the UK call National Rail Enquiries 08457 48 49 50).

Accessibility

The University’s Disability Resource Centre can provide information about wheelchair access and parking for cars with disabled badges.
