Biography
Dr Craig Berry is an experienced academic researcher and policy practitioner, currently Head of Strategy for Growth, Business and Skills at the South Yorkshire Mayoral and Combined Authority. He has expertise in economic policy, including industrial policy, and welfare provision, principally pensions. His previous policy roles include HM Treasury, the International Longevity Centre, the Trades Union Congress, and Citizens Advice. His academic career has included roles at University College London, the University of Sheffield, Manchester Metropolitan University, and the University of Warwick.
