Biography

Danilo Rosin is a PhD Student in Economics at Sapienza University of Rome and a PhD Intern at the Research Department of the Italian Confederation of Industry.

His research focuses on the macroeconomic effects of climate-related shocks and their implications for economic activity and public policy. Danilo works at the intersection of applied economics and climate policy, and is interested in evidence-based policy evaluation, including the role of market-based environmental regulation such as the EU Emissions Trading System.

More broadly, his research interests encompass climate change economics, the interaction between environmental risks and macroeconomic outcomes, and the design of policies aimed at supporting the green transition.
