Biography

Rosa was a research assistant at the Bennett Institute for Public Policy. She worked on a range of projects related to social infrastructure, including the role of the private sector in the provision of social infrastructure, the measurement of social and cultural infrastructure, and the history of social infrastructure in the UK’s post-war new towns. 

She is currently a PhD student at the University of Oxford, where she is exploring gender and race in modern American conservatism. She holds a BA in History and an MPhil in American History from the University of Cambridge. Her research interests include gender inequalities and intersectionality, feminism, and cultural divisions in the 20th and 21st centuries.
